Anna Silk was the first child born to Peter Silk (an academic) and Ilkay Silk (a writer, actor director, producer, playwright and professor of St. Thomas University). Anna Silk's father was British, and her mother was a Turkish Cypriot English expat. Anna Silk remembers her mother watching working in rehearsals for plays. When she was a kid, she was featured in a variety of commercials. Anna was transferred to Toronto in the fall of 1999 in order to continue her acting career. Then, she settled at Los Angeles (California) over the next decade. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, at an actor's workshop. They were engaged by 2009 after getting married. Anna converted to Judaism in January 2011 and then they re-wed at a Jewish wedding in Fredericton. Bo's same sex relationship, together with Lauren (played Zoie Palermo) was featured in CNN as one of the all-time favorites TV Couples. E! named the couple "the most popular television Couple" in 2013. Entertainment Television. The success of the show led to Anna building a large audience on social networks.
